Recently, one of our customers asked for an update on a rather large order that had become very urgent for them. Our lead time had been a couple weeks when they placed the order, but we were able to flag their order as hot and move it up as our production schedule allowed.<\/p>\n
Ultimately, we were able to finish their order 5 days ahead of schedule and the customer was very pleased\u2014their exact quote was “You so made my day!” That made our<\/em> day!<\/p>\n We know we live in a world where schedules and needs change\u2014that’s just part of life\u2014so we always do our best to make sure we’re prepared, responsive, and flexible when addressing our customers’ concerns.
